Validora ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage on the Validora platform.
1. Zero Personal Data Collection
We do not collect, process, or store any personal information. You can use all features of Validora (the timers, task customizers, and focus history tracker) without registering an account, providing an email, or logging in.
2. Local Storage and Client-Side Execution
All timer settings, task configurations, active cycles, and history session logs are stored locally in your web browser (via HTML5 Web Storage). This data is never sent to our servers or shared with any third parties. You can clear this data at any time by clicking "Wipe History" or clearing your browser's site cookies.
3. No Cookies or Analytical Tracking
Validora does not set tracking cookies or load marketing analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). We do not track your browsing habits, location, or usage patterns across the web.
4. Third-Party Embeds (Spotify)
Our background music feature uses a Spotify web iframe embed. Interacting with the music player is governed by Spotify's own privacy policy, and Spotify may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage details in accordance with their terms.
5. Changes to This Policy
Since we do not collect user data, we cannot notify users of changes individually. Any updates to this policy will be posted directly to this page.
